Project Overview

O.T. Fabricating provided structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and installation for Verdun Place in Richmond.

The project included two steel stair systems, structural beam work supporting a Q-deck corridor, additional mezzanine support steel and multiple rooftop equipment support frames. The scope required a variety of custom-fabricated components coordinated with the existing concrete structure and the requirements of the new interior construction.
