Project Overview

O.T. Fabricating provided a combination of architectural aluminum fabrication and miscellaneous structural steel for the Oak & 37th development in Vancouver.

Our scope included custom aluminum planter boxes, canopies and trellises, along with miscellaneous steel components throughout the project. We also fabricated and installed structural steel framing for a three-storey temporary site office constructed from stacked shipping containers, including framing to support the exterior stair system and window openings.
